概述
電液式遙控系統(tǒng)控制方式通常采用集中式，在控制站處通過模擬板或計算機發(fā)出動作指令，由安裝于現場的電液執(zhí)行器來執(zhí)行，最后將位置信號反饋至控制站。
電液式閥門遙控系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)液壓閥門遙控系統(tǒng)相比，省去了動力泵站、電磁閥箱及繁多的液壓管路，系統(tǒng)組成更加簡化，施工更加便捷，使用維護更加簡便。該系統(tǒng)已廣泛應用于各類船舶、海工平臺的壓載水、艙底水及液貨等系統(tǒng)中。
電液式閥門遙控系統(tǒng)主要由控制站、閥門信號采集箱、電液閥門及應急手搖泵組成。

1 Overview
Electro-hydraulic remote control system control methods are usually centralized, at the control station, an action command is issued through the analog board or computer, and performed by the electro-hydraulic actuator installed in the field, and finally the position signal is fed back to the control station.
Compared with the electro-hydraulic valve remote control system and the traditional hydraulic valve remote control system, electro-hydraulic valve remote control system eliminates the need for power pumping station, solenoid valve box and a large number of hydraulic pipelines, the system is more streamlined, construction is more convenient, and use and maintenance are easier. The system has been widely used in various types of ships, marine platform ballast water, bilge water and liquid cargo systems.
Electro-hydraulic valve remote control system mainly consists of control station, valve signal acquisition box, electro-hydraulic valve and emergency hand pump.
