概述 Overview
SJL雙聯(lián)甲醇濾器、DJL單聯(lián)甲醇濾器用于甲醇介質(zhì)的過(guò)濾，以及其他類似特性的介質(zhì)。
其中SJL雙聯(lián)甲醇濾器具有當(dāng)壓差達(dá)到規(guī)定值時(shí)，可不停機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)換到另一個(gè)工作腔，使甲醇介質(zhì)順利過(guò)濾的特點(diǎn)。雙聯(lián)甲醇濾器轉(zhuǎn)換閥是帶雙重截?cái)嗯c排放功能的，在轉(zhuǎn)換閥切換過(guò)濾腔后能夠起到雙重截止的效果，防止?jié)B漏。
SJL雙聯(lián)甲醇濾器、DJL單聯(lián)甲醇濾器在停機(jī)狀態(tài)下，具備對(duì)濾腔內(nèi)的甲醇介質(zhì)通過(guò)氮?dú)庵脫Q的方式，將濾腔內(nèi)部達(dá)到無(wú)害化狀態(tài)的功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全排放、維護(hù)。
SJL Double-cylinder Methanol Filter & DJL Single-cylinder Methanol Filter are used for filtering methanol, as well as other media with similar characteristics.
When the pressure drop has reached the prescribed value, SJL double-cylinder methanol filter can convert to another chamber without stopping, making methanol filtered smoothly. The changeover valve is equipped with double block-and-bleed function, which can achieve double block and prevent leakage.
When the SJL & DJL methanol filter are shut down, they have the function of replacing the methanol in the filter chamber with nitrogen, making the inside of the filter chamber harmless and achieving safe emission maintenance.
