概述 Overview
SBL型半自動(dòng)清洗濾器主要用于燃油、滑油、柴油的過(guò)濾，濾去不溶于油的污物，以保證油液的清潔，其他場(chǎng)合可按條件使用。
其濾器為燭式濾芯，具有過(guò)濾效率高，原始?jí)簭?qiáng)小，清洗方便特點(diǎn)。工作壓力0.6~1.0Mpa，工作溫度≤150℃。
SBL type semi-automatic cleaning filter is mainly used for fuel oil，lube oil and diesel oil which can filter insoluble oil contamination to keep the oil clean.On other occasions it can be used according to conditions
Filter element type is candle type,the filtration is high and original pressure is small.It is easy and convenient to clean.The working pressure is 0.6-1.0Mpa,working temperature≤150℃1、特點(diǎn) Features：
當(dāng)濾器壓力降達(dá)到規(guī)定值時(shí)，只要手動(dòng)來(lái)回轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄若干次，即可不停機(jī)對(duì)濾器進(jìn)行清洗。濾網(wǎng)材料為1Cr18Ni9Ti
When the filter pressure drop is up to the required value we can just rotate the handle manually for several times.Material of filter screen is 1Cr18Ni9Ti.2、工作特點(diǎn)及清洗方式 Working characteristics and cleaning methods
濾器正常工作時(shí)可以兩腔同時(shí)工作，也可以單腔工作。當(dāng)手柄處于垂直位置時(shí)，兩腔同時(shí)工作；當(dāng)手柄處于右（左）位且水平位置時(shí)，左（右）腔正常工作。
清洗方式
左腔清洗：將轉(zhuǎn)換手柄從垂直位置向左迅速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)60度，瞬時(shí)沖洗1-2秒，來(lái)回轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄若干次，再將轉(zhuǎn)換手柄轉(zhuǎn)回到垂直位置，則左腔清洗完畢。
右腔清洗：將轉(zhuǎn)換手柄從垂直位置向右迅速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)60度，瞬時(shí)沖洗1-2秒，來(lái)回轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄若干次，再將轉(zhuǎn)換手柄轉(zhuǎn)回到垂直位置，則右腔清洗完畢。
當(dāng)濾芯需拆下清洗時(shí)，手柄從垂直位置向左轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90度，則左腔停止工作，右腔正常工作，此時(shí)左腔可拆下進(jìn)行清洗；手柄從垂直位置向右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90度，則右腔停止工作，左腔正常工作，此時(shí)右腔可拆下進(jìn)行清洗。3、使用注意事項(xiàng)
當(dāng)濾器用于過(guò)濾重油時(shí)，在每次使用完畢停機(jī)前，應(yīng)通入輕柴油將濾器中的重油沖洗干凈，以免重油在溫度降低以后凝結(jié)在濾芯組件表面，影響下次使用。
Filter can work simultaneously with two chamber and also can work with single chamber.When the handle is at vertical position the two chambers work together.When the handle is at the right（left）position or horizontal position，the left（right）chamber works.
Cleaning methods
Left chamber cleaning：The handle at the vertical position can be quickly turned left of 60°and the left chamber can be transiently flushed for 1-2 seconds.Turn the handle back and forth for several times and then back to vertical position.The left chamber cleaning is complete.
Right chamber cleaning：The handle at the vertical position can be quickly turned left of 60°and the right chamber can be transiently flushed for 1-2 seconds.Turn the handle back and forth for several times and then back to vertical position.The right chamber cleaning is complete.
When the filter element needs cleaning，please kindly turn handle from the vertical position to the left 90°.The left chamber stops working and right chamber works normally.At that time the left chamber can be dismantled for cleaning.Rotate the handle from the vertical position to the right 90°.The right chamber stops working，the left chamber works normally and right chamber can be dismantled can be dismantled for cleaning.
Precautions for use
When the filter is used for heavy fuel oil，we should pour in the light diesel oil to keep the chamber clean every time before hauling.If not，heavy fuel oil will condense on the surface of filter element at lower temperature and affect next usage.2、型號(hào)說(shuō)明 Model description

注：濾器可以倒置安裝，通過(guò)A向4個(gè)螺栓與外界連接。

注：
1、可不帶底座B，而用4個(gè)螺栓與外界連接，進(jìn)出口在本體底部，前進(jìn)后出。
2、底座上靠近手柄位置的兩孔都是進(jìn)口，其余兩孔為出口。安裝時(shí)在左右兩側(cè)進(jìn)出口可任意選擇，剩余進(jìn)出口用盲孔法蘭封住即可。
1、It can work without base B and connect four bolts and outside world via A.Inlet and outlet is on the bottom of the body，front-in and back-out.
2、Two holes on the base near the handles are all inlets，other two holes are outlets.Inlets and outlets on both left and right side are optional when mounting.The left inlets and outlets can be blocked by blind flange.
