主機(jī)液壓橫向頂推支撐裝置其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置方式是分別安裝在主機(jī)的左舷（凸輪軸側(cè)）和右舷（排氣側(cè)），特殊情況下也可安裝在同舷（同側(cè)）。主要適用于WinGD、Wartsila等低速主機(jī)。其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安裝方式為4缸。其按照結(jié)構(gòu)型式分為整體式和分體式（液壓油缸和液壓蓄能器分開，中間的連接管路由船廠提供，型號中F表示）兩種。
