液壓緊配螺栓又稱軸系液壓螺栓或中間擴(kuò)張液壓拉伸螺栓，主要利用材料的彈性變形來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)間隙配合向過(guò)盈配合的轉(zhuǎn)變，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)軸系扭矩的傳遞，是一種用于法蘭聯(lián)軸節(jié)上的新型螺栓，由外表帶有一定錐度的拉緊螺栓，內(nèi)孔帶有相應(yīng)錐度的中間錐套及兩只緊定螺母組成。拉緊螺栓兩端有螺紋，中間錐套的外表是圓柱形的，且與螺栓孔有一定的間隙。它的最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是裝拆方便、重復(fù)使用以及省時(shí)省力，逐步代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的冷凍式螺栓。
