YL hydraulic coupling概述 Overview
液壓聯(lián)軸節(jié)主要利用材料的彈性變形來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)間隙配合向過盈配合的轉(zhuǎn)變，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)軸系扭矩的傳遞，是軸系新型連接的方式。液壓聯(lián)軸節(jié)借助于徑向和軸向油壓，使具有錐形接觸面的內(nèi)外套產(chǎn)生相對(duì)位移，迫使內(nèi)套收縮，并與兩連接軸產(chǎn)生過盈配合的可拆聯(lián)軸節(jié)。
The hydraulic coupling mainly uses the elastic deformation of the material to realize the change of the clearance fit to the interference fit, so as to realize the transmission of the shaft torque, which is a new type of connection of the shaft system. Hydraulic coupling adopts radial and axial hydraulic pressure, the relative displacement of the inner and the outer sleeve with the conical contact surface will force the inner sleeve to contract and make an interference fit with the two connecting shafts.
