甲醇供應(yīng)單元是將所需的設(shè)備組合成一個獨(dú)立的裝置，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、連接可靠，安裝調(diào)試、使用及維護(hù)方便，同時利于集中管理控制。單元是發(fā)動機(jī)前面的一種增壓供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，可為發(fā)動機(jī)提供合適的流量、壓力、溫度的甲醇，保證發(fā)動機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中的正常工作。防爆區(qū)內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備滿足防爆等級、氣動控制閥門，安全區(qū)域內(nèi)電氣集中控制。發(fā)動機(jī)使用前后和設(shè)備檢修時可通過氮?dú)鈱崿F(xiàn)設(shè)備和管路的泄放、吹掃。

The unit is a pressurization supply system in front of the engine, which can provide the appropriate flow, pressure and temperature of methanol to the engine to ensure the normal operation of the engine during operation. The electrical equipment in the explosion-proof area meets the explosion-proof grade, the pneumatic control valve, and the electrical centralized control in the safe area. Nitrogen can be used to drain and purge equipment and pipelines before and after engine use and during equipment maintenance.
